How to remove Serato Pro DJ cleanly from my MacBook Pro 2018

1. Start Activity Monitor. Select the process name “Serato DJ” & “Force Quit” it
2. Open Applications folder. Find “Serato DJ” and drag it to Trash.
3. Delete _Serato_ and _Serato_ Backup folder from my music folder.
4. Open Finder Search for Serato DJ files and folders and delete them.
5. Empty Trash
it is attached to a pioneer dj controller.
I notice if I reinstall Serato Pro DJ ... the "Trial Expire" reappears (annoying) . This tells me there are still some lingering files on my MAC
1. Navigate to: User/Library/Application Support/Serato/Licences - and delete all files located in that folder.
Please note: The User Library may be hidden on OSX 10.7 and later versions.
To show the User Library, click on the desktop and select “GO” from the Menu Bar at the top of the screen.
While the GO menu is open, hold the Option (Alt) key on your keyboard and you will see a “Library” option appear in the list.
This is how to access the hidden User Library folder, you are then able to navigate to the location listed above.
Please navigate to: C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Serato\Licences - and delete all files located in that folder.
Please note: The AppData folder is usually hidden on Windows by default. To show hidden files, open any folder and in the folder menu click Organise > Folder and Search Options > View > Show Hidden Files, Folders and Drives. You can also change Hidden folder options in: Control Panel > Appearance & Personalisation > Folder Options. In the General Tab check: "Show all folders", in the View Tab check: "Show hidden folders”. With hidden files and folders turned on, the AppData folder will now be accessible in your User Account folder and you can delete your licence file through the file path listed above.
After the file is deleted, please do a full reinstall of Serato DJ with your hardware connected. The latest version of Serato DJ can be downloaded from our website
Please then log in using the email "your email" to log into your "My Serato" window in Serato DJ.
All your information about your crates, smart crates, etc is located in the my serato folder.
This folder is located where every you have your music.
For example, in your "my music" folder on the computer or on your external hard drive.
You would need to delete this folder and then restart Serato DJ if you want to clear all your information.
